With a thickness of 3.2 cm the Titania is particularly comfortable with outstanding cushioning characteristics. As of 1 July, 2016 Titania is the new name of the known Olympia mat.

When Airex AG began producing the first exercise mats made of foam material in 1960, the company marked a turning point. Within a short time the new, handy lightweights replaced the heavy, expensive chrome leather mats filled with horsehair and commonly used at the time, displacing them from schools, hospitals and competition venues.
